How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies based on the selected service tier. The Essential Service is priced at $49.99 per Travel Nanny booking, plus applicable costs of services, which may vary by location. For a more premium experience, our Luxe Full White Glove Concierge Service is available at $1,000, inclusive of 30 hours of dedicated concierge support, in addition to the cost of services arranged.
What is the booking process?
Our company charges a non-refundable booking fee of $49.99 per nanny, which covers the following administrative processes:
1. Careful screening and interviewing of nannies in our database to ensure the highest standards.
2. Manual matching of the family's schedule and specific requirements with suitable nannies.
3. Providing the family with detailed profiles of nannies that best fit their preferences.
4. Organizing and hosting up to three Meet and Greet online meetings between the family and selected nannies. This allows families to further interview the nanny and discuss their travel plans. If a suitable match is not made after three meetings, we offer a full refund.
5. Facilitating clear communication between the family and the nanny to confirm all assignment details.
6. Monitoring and providing support during the assignment, including ensuring safety, security, and coordination on the day of service.
