1. Prequalification
We begin with a rigorous application process to prequalify every nanny before they join our platform. Applicants must provide a detailed work experience, reference, and complete a training on our Code of Conduct.

2. Identity Verification
Each nanny’s identity is confirmed through government-issued ID verification to ensure authenticity and safety. We also verify any certifications they claim.

3. Experience Review
We administer training videos to our nannies, as well as a skills quiz to assess their abilities on relevant competencies. Only once they achieve a passing score do they move on to get their profiles listed in our directory.

4. Video Interview
At this stage, all nannies undergo a comprehensive video interview conducted by The Travel Nanny team to assess suitability, professionalism, and their language proficiency. If they do well in the interview, they then proceed to the skills evaluation step.

5. Your Choice
Unlike other platforms, you have the power to choose your nanny. We will pre-select a panel of qualified nannies that match your requirements but the ultimate choice is up to you. We put you in control and give you the ability to review different profiles and decide who is the best fit for your family.

6. Pre-Meeting Video Call
Once you select a nanny, we facilitate a video meeting between the family and the nanny. This step ensures comfort and compatibility before any in-person interaction.

7. Secure Communications
All communications and payment transactions with nannies occur within our single, easy-to-use platform for families. This adds an important layer of privacy and security as you work with nannies in other countries.

8. Peer-to-Peer Reviews
Our commitment to quality doesn’t end when a nanny is hired. Not only do families get to vet nannies via others’ reviews, but we also continuously monitor and review each nanny’s performance based on family feedback, maintaining only the highest standards in childcare.
